Bon produits et préparation au top mais manque de personnel en cuisine. Temps d'attente beaucoup trop lent, de nombreux clients ont quitté le restaurant avant d'être servi.

Great option in Bordeaux. Very delicious sushi, very good price, in a small but very nice place. The hot options are also very delicious (gyozas and chicken). In short, if you are close to the cathedral and you like Asian food, you won't go wrong...

11/09/2024: Strangely, my review was never published so I'm reposting it here: The mixed bento is really delicious and the doriyaki tasty. The bento deserves to be a little more filling, because without dessert, you won't be hungry. The chef is very nice. Seeing that I had been waiting standing outside for 10 minutes and that the young man who greeted me rather coldly let me wait like this (even though the room inside was empty), he invited me to sit down and offered me a cup of tea. I was touched by his attention and his delicacy as he prepared the bento. An example of a difference in behavior across generations...

Sushi Creation

21/08/2024: We had a positive experience at the restaurant, where we were well received by the smiling staff. We ordered the "Amour Amour" menu for two and in the end we were both satisfied. The salmon is fresh, and the sushi very well served. I would like to leave a small comment regarding the miso soup, which although tasty was a little too salty, but apart from that everything was very good. We will come back!
19/08/2024: We ordered sushi to take away, the order was ready very quickly and the sushi, California, etc... were very good! I recommend this place!
