A unique dining experience in Aix-en-Provence! This restaurant is truly one of a kind, with beautiful lamps and tables individually designed and handcrafted by the husband of the previous owner. The space also features paintings by young artists, creating a charming and artistic atmosphere. The food was enjoyable, although it wasn’t the main highlight of our time in Aix. However, the service was excellent — the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. If you appreciate art, creativity and unique surroundings, this is definitely a lovely restaurant to visit while exploring Aix-en-Provence.

I went for dinner with my girlfriend on her birthday and had a delightful time. The server/owner was so friendly and passionate, the food was terrific, and the decor was second to none. Hard to find but would recommend it to anyone in the area!

This is the absolute must-go off-the-beaten-path place to be in Aix. The food is truly local and carefully selected by Eric and Karen, the owners. You won't know what a local vegetable from South of France truly tastes like until you eat there. Vegetables are not an after-thought or a side dish. They play the full role in the plate. Meat is absolutely exceptional. Now, the wine list is the real treasure of this restaurant. Eric hand pick personally every single bottle and offers a unique choice of natural wines. Ask him for advices! Eric and his chef update the menu every month and keep surprising us.

This establishment was highly recommended to me in the past, and I understand why. I've had the opportunity to eat there several times, and the observation is always the same: the products used are fresh and local (right down to the cheese, which comes from the shop just a few streets away!). The dishes are quite elaborate, sometimes with surprising combinations, which are part of the unique signature of this quirky place. While from the outside you only see a simple terrace, inside you'll discover an original yet elegant decor, with a soothing and convivial atmosphere. You'll also find paintings by various artists, which you can purchase if you wish. The service is impeccable; a nice bonus if you happen to chat with the owner—he's a very friendly person! The only minor point, which is why I deducted a star, concerns the portion size. I ordered a plate of lamb shoulder; The dish was exquisite, but I was left wanting more… At €29 a plate, I find it a shame that the dish didn't leave me feeling satisfied; even a few more vegetables would have been enough. The same goes for the chocolate fondant; it was delicious, but at €11 for dessert, a small scoop of vanilla ice cream or even a dollop of whipped cream on the side wouldn't have been out of place. I know that the prices reflect the quality of the food and the hard work of the chefs (whom I commend), but it's a bit of a shame to leave a restaurant still feeling hungry.

Always delicious, if you are looking for a unique food experience come here. I'm a regular and have never regretted it 🤤 the owners are a charm as well.

Authentic setting, far from the tourists, very welcoming and excellent cuisine

A very nice restaurant, away from the crowds, with high-quality and generous portions (which is rare). Moreover, Eric is a great host and offers excellent advice. I highly recommend it!

We ate well, special and tasty dishes, the lemon and basil cheesecake was spectacular

What a wonderful discovery! Lovely setting, a superb menu—we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the first course to the last. The hardest part was choosing, as every dish looked so tempting. The wine list was also well-curated, and the service was impeccable. We truly had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back!
