The price was too high for a small room where the bathroom wasn't separated, and there's hardly a smaller toilet room anywhere else. Furthermore, the cleanliness left something to be desired.

We stayed there for a motorcycle trip. The service and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were fine and always clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open every day, but there were alternatives in town.

We stayed at the Hotel Rösselsquelle for several days with a motorcycle group. The exceptional hospitality, the very clean rooms, and the excellent breakfast were particularly noteworthy. We felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel/restaurant.

A welcoming, family-run establishment with excellent cuisine and great wines. Located in an idyllic, peaceful setting. Perfect for hiking, running, cycling, swimming, and simply relaxing ♥️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very helpful and friendly staff who responded quickly to questions and requests. The buffet dinner was plentiful and delicious. Plus, the hotel is in a quiet location with direct access to a beautiful lake.

20/09/2026: The Baeckeoffe was delicious, generous, and meant to be shared, making the meal even more convivial. A perfect inn for hikers passing through!
04/09/2026: Fantastic views of the castle and valleys! Beautiful, well-maintained property with both a self-service café and a restaurant. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant! Free parking and a great starting point for hikes, including to the castle.

10/08/2026: Highly recommended are: Duck with orange sauce and vegetables Entrecote with homemade herb butter, fries, and a selection of vegetables. Both are cooked to perfection—a true delight! And all at a great price.
14/07/2026: We ate at L'Arbre Vert yesterday during our visit to Lembach. Excellent value for money. I chose the duck à l'orange with homemade croquettes. Delicious! Very good "homemade" cuisine. Friendly service.
