We stayed there for a motorcycle trip. The service and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were fine and always clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open every day, but there were alternatives in town.

We stayed at the Hotel Rösselsquelle for several days with a motorcycle group. The exceptional hospitality, the very clean rooms, and the excellent breakfast were particularly noteworthy. We felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel/restaurant.

Very helpful and friendly staff who responded quickly to questions and requests. The buffet dinner was plentiful and delicious. Plus, the hotel is in a quiet location with direct access to a beautiful lake.

01/09/2026: An ideal stop for hikers in the Northern Vosges Mountains. Plenty of outdoor seating. Accessible by car. Ample parking. Near Chateau Fleckenstein. Self-service outdoor seating.
30/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Gimbelhof! A magnificent setting in the heart of nature, ideal after a lovely walk. We had a fantastic meal: flavorful, generous, and well-prepared dishes, showcasing regional specialties beautifully. Everything was truly delicious! Special mention also goes to the service: a smiling, pleasant, and attentive team, which greatly contributed to a wonderful experience. An excellent place to enjoy a great meal in a superb setting. We will definitely be back! 👍😊

10/08/2026: Highly recommended are: Duck with orange sauce and vegetables Entrecote with homemade herb butter, fries, and a selection of vegetables. Both are cooked to perfection—a true delight! And all at a great price.
14/07/2026: We ate at L'Arbre Vert yesterday during our visit to Lembach. Excellent value for money. I chose the duck à l'orange with homemade croquettes. Delicious! Very good "homemade" cuisine. Friendly service.
