Excellent dish, very good value for money

It was a true gastronomic discovery. One Friday evening, when it was nearly impossible to find a free table elsewhere, there were still a few seats available here. We weren't expecting much—but we were completely wrong. The menu is short and carefully curated. Mr. Frédéric prepares French-inspired dishes with rare talent: impeccable flavors, harmonious combinations, incredibly fresh ingredients, and perfect mastery of cooking techniques. Such authentic and refined French cuisine has become hard to find, especially in tourist areas and seaside resorts. The service also deserves special mention: pleasant, attentive, and very natural, without excessive formality or any pushiness. You truly feel welcome. We came as a family and tried all the main courses on the menu. It had been a long time since a meal had given us so much pleasure. Mr. Frédéric, thank you for preserving and creating the very best that French cuisine has to offer. Bravo! We will definitely be back.
