This is a bistro that deserves to be frequented regularly. Why? The warm welcome makes you feel like you're the one they're waiting for – the decor puts you at ease with comfortable furniture – and the bistro cuisine is just the way we like it – classic French specialties that we appreciate wholeheartedly. Kudos to this couple who have just taken over as owners.

We received a very warm welcome. Living in Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire, we discovered the Brasserie du Marché and were pleasantly surprised by the service and the homemade cuisine. Go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

Recently taken over, this brasserie offers a very warm and friendly welcome. The new owners are incredibly kind, and the food is excellent value for money. Don't miss it if you're passing by; you won't be disappointed.

New owners since the beginning of November! We feel right at home and are delighted to come and eat, chat, and relax during our lunch break. Cécile is very friendly and does her work with love and passion, and the food is a real treat! We will definitely be back because the prices are reasonable! And the welcome is so warm. Thank you all!

12/03/2026: Not great; service was okay, but the food was mass-produced. The tapas starter had undercooked pizza bread (it didn't really resemble tapas). The burger bun was like cardboard, and the fries were tasteless; the vegetarian option wasn't any better. The chocolate dessert was mass-produced. The atmosphere is pleasant if you enjoy being surrounded by large, noisy tables. We won't be back.
