1st time in this establishment..
Pretty and appetizing at first glance.
We order and go up to the living room.
Almost all the tables not cleared.
We sit down on a cleared but dirty table.
15 minutes of waiting during which we see the waitress stirring the air... empty back and forth without looking at the customers... Perhaps overwhelmed.
Cold coffee and pastries served on the table not even cleaned.
The other customers go up and don't know where to sit.
says the waitress: well no, you can see that it's not cleared 🤣🤣.
But none are cleared.
In short, not professional at all..

I recommend, a clean, satisfactory place, despite an endless wait, which is painful. We were very well received, and what's more, the pastry is great, and the atmosphere with the musicians is also great.
You have to go there, if you have time to wait in line.

Twice I pass by here, twice a waitress (always the same) curly brunette allows herself to make remarks to her colleague in front of our customers. This is unacceptable, it makes your colleague and your customers uncomfortable. Make your comments outside the Madame sales area. No warmth in this place, very high prices, huge difference between eat in/take away. The products are still very good, but the atmosphere and the nastiness of this woman darkens our visit.

We are regulars at the tea room, and it is a ritual for us to stop by and have a full breakfast. We love it: the breakfast is generous, the hot chocolate is TO DIE for, the best I've tasted, the pastries are excellent and when they run out of croissants they offer a pain au chocolat in exchange. Now it is true that the quantities have decreased over the past year, the butter is no longer the same brand, and they are often understaffed and therefore strained. But I will still recommend going there, really good experience. I would be very unhappy if the tea room closed.
