The wait. East. Too much. Long! On a Sunday morning, in summer, there are people all over Cabourg. It abounds. People's taste buds are all tingling. We want to eat. We want to taste. A bit of everything. Everywhere. We stop in front of Dupont. And there, we see a small queue to wait. We do it thinking that it won't last too long. 30 MINUTES. ONLY ONE SELLER. The second arrives along the way. It's good, but not worth the wait. Dupont, DUPONT! Where is our dear institution? Where has the service and customer focus gone? Where has the care gone for the people who walk through the door (or who deign to wait too often for a long time just because you haven't planned to hire another person on market mornings?!) Staff management weighs far too heavily on the customer experience. Business is an art. And you don't have control over it. What a shame for Cabourg.

30 min to buy a baguette. A saleswoman who takes too long. I am disappointed like the people next to me.

A very positive first experience two years ago. On the other hand this year outside the tourist period less choice and not the same freshness

Once again on vacation in Cabourg, we returned to our favorite bakery with apprehension given the latest reviews. But the saleswoman was very pleasant and the babka was still delicious (Sunday August 4)!

I love this establishment, I alternate for my morning purchases of pastries between the “artisan-bakery” houses Dupont and Meunier. Dupont is a cut above, no offense to the police brothers Dupont and Dupond of our dear journalist reporter Tintin 😅. Very classy storefront, well-structured product layout, traditional decor and lighting, faithful to Normandy. Very friendly and professional staff, it is an essential address to know when spending a stay in Cabourg. A downside...I'm looking...the price is a little higher, Quality has to be earned and paid for. otherwise for Sunday crevards and quibblers and bonto players, go to Carrefour or McDonald’s 😂😅🤣

I absolutely don't understand the negative comments. We went there this Tuesday morning for breakfast. Formula at 16.90 products of very good quality and very generous quantities!! As a customer in Honfleur, it was my first experience in Cabourg and I am absolutely not disappointed!

Friendly setting, good welcome, but poor organization and average quality ratio... example: €3.90 for a madeleine (on site), of average quality... Good Damann tea but... in a bag for just 1 cup ...We won't come back...

Attracted by the very nice decor of the place and, it must be admitted, by the huge and appetizing brioches in the window, we decided to take our snack break in this tea room. So yes the setting is beautiful, the pastries attractive and good but the organization needs to be reviewed and it's really too expensive for the service offered: €6 for a bag of tea and a small pot of tea and a very embarrassed waitress who asks us if we need a napkin to eat our pastry.. You have to queue and pay before sitting upstairs and if you want to take one of these famous brioches to go, it is not possible to pay for everything at the same time, you have to come back later and queue again 🤔 Damage
