Overall, the food was good and we enjoyed our meal. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly the wait time and the attitude of some of the servers.
We were served by a young waiter who didn't seem to enjoy being there. He served us without a greeting or a smile, with a rather cold demeanor, and even slammed the cutlery down on the table. This kind of behavior unfortunately creates a bad impression, even when the food is good.
Fortunately, the lady with the red glasses was there to bring a real dose of cheer. She was smiling, helpful, and pleasant with the customers, despite the somewhat tense atmosphere. Thank you to her for her warm welcome!
It's a shame, then, because the food is quite good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

The price-quality ratio was reasonable. The food we consumed was good. The presentation of the dishes was fairly standard. The menu offered a good selection. There was a bit of a wait for us, but it was an exceptional day for Cabourg as there were 160,000 visitors due to an air show. Because of this rush, the waiters didn't have time to be attentive (which is understandable and excusable). One drawback: no soap in the women's restrooms.

Great restaurant, the service was a little slow due to a lunchtime rush, but the quality of the food and the friendliness of the waiter quickly made us forget the slight delay. Thank you again, don't change a thing!

I've been going to this restaurant every time I'm in Cabourg for years, but my last visit will probably be my last. I ordered mussels from the à la carte menu: the quality was deplorable. The mussels were tiny, stuck to their shells, and tasted like nothing but water. The portion served was meager for an à la carte dish (barely 10 edible mussels). Serving such a dish is disrespectful to the customers. It's a real shame, but there's no shortage of competition in Cabourg.
