Early June sur Paris

The place is cool, well placed along the Saint Martin canal, with good music, open kitchen and friendly waiters. Beautiful wine and cocktail list which helped to cope with the heat that day. And Adam Purcell's food was superb. I tried to recreate his artichoke at home with very much success

This place has no business being this great but they do. Amazing staff, some of the most delicious (from conceptualization to execution and flavor) food I’ve ever had, and just all around a great experience to have this be my first dinner in Paris.

This great place, full of harmony, is highly recommended. The food is fabulous, we had to eat at the bar in front of the kitchen where we admired the chef working his magic, the exquisite wine selection. Everyone is very friendly, smiling and wants you to just have an incredible time. You leave there with a big smile.

Fan-blooming-tastic! My favourite restaurant in Paris so far. Expect a small but well selected menu, welcoming staff happy to answer questions and recommend wine for your meal. This is a must visit if you are in Paris ❤️

Went there in early June (pun not intended) and had spectacular food. Went as soon as they opened and had no problem getting a seat. Attentive service and open layout. Loved it!

Whenever I have visitors (who I like) or a special occasion, I come here. No matter the chef or the day, it’s always delicious and a truly special experience. I wish there were more places in Paris like this that you could feel so confident recommending to others

Early June had been on my "list" for awhile and I was finally able to get a reservation while in Paris. It's a very vibey wine bar with a list of rotating chefs. We were lucky enough to be there while Adam Purcell was chef in residence and enjoyed an incredible "French style" Irish cuisine with each plate leaving us wishing that we had ordered double servings. Do splurge on the fresh truffles for the boxty pancakes and do order one (or two) of everything.

Buzzing wine bar just off Canal Saint-Martin with natural wines by the glass and rotating guest chefs. I was lucky to be able to try a few small plates from Irish chef Adam Purcell - the oysters & duck liver parfait were divine. Perfect for dining in small groups (no reservations) or solo on a stool watching the busy but calm chefs.

This place is phenomenal! Cami, Victor and Adam were great. Their selection of local wine is spectacular. They had a orange wine that I loved. The duck on the menu was unbelievable. It was cooked at 240C according to chef. The pepper cream sauce it came with complemented it well. Wine bar vibes but the food is top notch. Would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Fabulous experience. Food, wine and service. Rotating chefs and the current one is from Dublin. Had trout ceviche, stuffed gnocchi, and duck breast with the most amazing sauce. All fantastic. Small and you get to know your dining neighbors but really fun.
