Nice. The staff are pleasant, but despite having a reservation, we still had to wait for a table. The pizzas are good but soaked in oil, so they fall apart when you cut them.

Excellent experience! The pasta was cooked to perfection and in generous portions. The pizzas were also very good. The staff was professional and made our experience enjoyable. I recommend it. The music was a bit loud in the restaurant.

I recently discovered this restaurant during my visit to Paris. Having eaten at restaurants in the Big Mamma group before, I had certain expectations regarding the experience and the quality of service. The dishes are good and well-presented, although they were slightly under-seasoned for my taste. However, one thing particularly bothered me. We were seated right next to the kitchen, and some of the practices I observed seemed unprofessional. I saw a cook using his cell phone between plating dishes, before immediately resuming his work with his hands. Furthermore, this same cook regularly ate pieces of guanciale with his fingers, brought them to his mouth, then dipped his hand back into the container before continuing to plate the dishes without any apparent care.
