👏👏👏 Simply CHAPEAU!!! This is my third time in Paris and I've never found anything like yours. Location 5/5 Menu 5/5 Quality and sophistication of ingredients 5/5 The plus is the team, you welcomed us with professionalism and friendliness, and you're all super friendly. I gave you 5 stars, but if it were possible, I would have given you a full trophy. It's a shame I can't give you a Michelin star 😅 I hope to visit you again soon. Keep up the good work, you're on the right track.

Our last evening in Paris ended on a high note♥️ A unique welcome, the East Mamma team was professional and extremely kind. Emma looked after us and advised us with expertise and a constant smile. The dinner was superb! Highly recommended.

08/08/2026: Made with buckwheat flour, it has a familiar taste to Japanese people, and the crust was crispy and very delicious. Apparently, the first store is in Tokyo. PS. I ordered the compote.
