Today we went to Eat Sushi just before it closed and were greeted by Nicolas, who provided a perfect welcome despite the late hour. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again.

It wasn't my first visit to this establishment, but it was the first time I'd ordered takeout. Although we arrived shortly before closing time, our order was taken with great kindness and professionalism. The preparation was particularly quick, and the sushi was excellent, living up to the restaurant's reputation. I highly recommend this place.

Just a quick note! I've been ordering takeout from this restaurant for years. But lately, we've noticed some lapses in quality. Firstly, the portions seem smaller than they were a few years ago, but the prices haven't. Secondly, there have been several oversights: drinks are missing from orders, the soy sauces are salty instead of sweet, and my veggie poke tonight had peppers instead of tofu?? The least they could do is let us know and apologize. I'm not usually one to vent, but this time it was necessary. I'm writing this comment mainly to prevent this from happening again and to encourage the team to improve.

Never disappointed by the quality of the products. However, the service could be improved. When paying, we were handed the card payment terminal without being told the amount. Not very friendly. We were told that the menus weren't up to date: a dessert listed on the menu was apparently never offered, and pages were missing from the menus...
