07/05/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Eat Sushi. We ordered for 7:30 pm and finally received our order at 8:20 pm, almost an hour late. The restaurant runs promotional offers without having the staff to keep up with demand, and it's the customers who suffer the consequences. We ordered specifically to avoid the hassle of waiting after a long day at work, and in the end, our evening was completely ruined. The "gesture of goodwill" offered—four cans of soda and some soy sauce—is far from sufficient given the delay and the inconvenience. Very disappointing, especially for a chain that's supposed to be organized.

22/05/2026: Very disappointed Very bad experience I ordered the set menu. For starters, a 5cm x 5cm piece of country pâté with two lettuce leaves and a quarter of a tomato, followed by four pieces of grilled meat (a chorizo ​​like on a children's menu, two chicken tenders where you had to find the meat, the same for the marinated pork where I had to gnaw on the bone), served with regular fries, all for 22 euros. I strongly advise against it 👎

28/07/2026: Very disappointed with the concierge service today. We arrived at 8:00 PM and didn't leave until 11:15 PM. I've never experienced such slow service. We waited an hour for frog legs. Frankly, I won't be going back.

13/07/2026: The salmon tartare was pretty decent, although it lacked a bit of zing for my taste. On the other hand, the diarrhea and vomiting that followed certainly had plenty of zing... 😅👌 It had been a long time since I'd ordered salmon tartare for fear of getting sick. I wanted to give it another try, and well, I think it'll be the last time. Otherwise, the restaurant is very clean and tries to be chic, but the value for money isn't great and the service is quite slow.

02/08/2026: RUN AWAY! We booked a table for three on Sunday at 7:00 PM for 8:30 PM. The reception on the phone was cold, but let's move on. We arrived at the restaurant and had to wait in line. So why book for a specific time? I insisted, and they finally told me that I should have booked, and I was forced to provide proof of the call on my mobile phone to demonstrate that I had indeed called that number. We were eventually given a dirty table, barely cleared, right at the entrance where there was a constant flow of new arrivals. Finally seated, a guy, presumably the manager, called out to me and told me that I shouldn't just sit down without letting them know, instead of asking if someone had previously seated this ill-mannered and disrespectful man who treated his 62-year-old customer, who was celebrating his daughter's birthday, like dirt... what did we ever do to this guy to make him act like that? Yes! We booked in advance! Yes! We waited for nothing! Yes! We were seated at a dirty table, and then you came over and made your unpleasant remark. No! Sir, we won't ask to leave immediately and eat somewhere else. Help! Okay, we didn't eat at the restaurant as planned, but we won't let you treat us badly and disrespect us. Never again!

02/08/2026: The pizzas were very good, but some of the staff and the owner were rather unfriendly, which is a shame. They made us feel pressured to eat quickly and leave as fast as possible because they were waiting for as many customers as possible. We did get a lovely waiter, but he was clearly stressed by his boss and cleared our table while my son still had his mouth full. This was our second "bad" experience, and we won't be going back, which is a real shame.

27/06/2026: I came in today to buy pizza and bread, but I turned right around when I saw the number of flies on the products in the display case. It's unacceptable.

24/06/2026: Regarding Marie B's comment about "Let's Eat Fresh": This morning around 9:30 AM, a saleswoman made fun of me and even sighed while serving me. She said, "Sorry, customers aren't responsible for the weather." It's lucky the products are good, otherwise the customers would disappear.
