Eclipses sur Paris

Pretty good food, but the kitchen is trying too much. Leave it simple!

Of the 7 dishes on the set menu, two were masterpieces, appetizer, chicken. The rest is past. The selection of wines was also a mistake. serve such trivial cheap positions to finally finish off the set. I still don’t understand how, instead of 360 for the set, it turned out to be 580. It seems that I just ordered coffee and a digestif. But that's okay. The service was simply amazing.

This place is incredible. You can go there with your eyes closed. Even to drink a good glass of wine with friends or simply enjoy an excellent pastry.

Where can I start... the service, exquisite taste, and presentation of every meal, was a performance so delicately designed with passion and creativity in mind - every dish, bite, and introduction an event worth remembering. Our servers explained every dish in detail, paired with a delicious and appropriate wine, and we were greeted by the chef as he proudly shared his creations special for us. The pre-fix menu was altered with special creations for my wife, who has a seafood allergy... without a doubt, they deserve 100% of the recognition they get, as ECLIPSES is a magnificent restaurant worthy of their Michelin Star.

Cyril Choisne’s cuisine is an exquisite blend of refined flavors and artistic presentation, with each dish a work of culinary art. The setting is particularly romantic and intimate, perfect for an evening as a couple. However, what really set our visit apart was the impeccable quality of service. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, anticipating our every need and ensuring that every detail of our evening was perfect. Their professionalism truly enhanced our culinary experience. One of the highlights of the evening was when the chef himself came to greet us at the end of the meal, adding a warm touch to our experience. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed and I can't wait to return. Refreshingly without the not entirely uncommon Parisian haughtiness & snooty attitudes toward paying diners sometimes found with honoured destinations endorsed by a certain well-known rating organization people often put greater faith in than is merited, here the chef carefully is overseeing everything, & the very beautifully managed courses of the obligatory set menu unfold temptingly .. its suvh a delight sitting down in this elegant space, to be treated with enough deference to fel special..yet one is always taken seriously.......& yet with a deft smile & not without humour at all times. i LOVED eating here & thank goodness they're open on Mondays..BRAVO Chef Cyril & your Team! Highly recommended!
