This sauce and juice cooking course is very professional. Good atmosphere of a group of enthusiasts. We are well received and the training is well prepared.

Superb experience with Louise! (A big thank you to you once again!)
I was afraid that the course would just be a “recipe walkthrough”, but in fact I learned a lot!!
With Louise in any case, I learned / reviewed technical gestures, and above all (and this is what I hoped to have on the course), explanations which allow me to understand why it is necessary to do this or that thing.
I even contacted the teacher on Instagram afterwards and she was available to answer my questions
I plan to re-register for the two-day course, especially if I know that Louise will be leading the course ;)

We chose the “pasta” option for the Alain Ducasse classes with my boyfriend, and we were not disappointed!
The workshop was great, taking place in a small group, which allows for a more interactive experience (although they could further reduce the number of students for even more personalized attention). The setting is very professional, and everyone participates actively, which makes learning both fun and enriching.
At the end of the workshop, we had the pleasure of tasting our own dish, a real satisfaction after so much effort. Plus, we were able to leave with the rest of the dough to continue making pasta at home, which extends the culinary experience.
To top it off, each participant receives a small certificate and an apron, a touch that adds a special touch to the whole thing.
I recommend this experience 100%. It's a perfect activity for cooking enthusiasts or simply to have a good time learning quality culinary techniques.

Magical and very enriching moment, we had the chance to be supervised by the chef Luca, who was able to listen to us and pass on part of his knowledge to us in a friendly atmosphere, followed by a tasting with very good wines , thank you again we will come back. Sandrine and law

Return from the “good and gluten-free” workshop expertly prepared by chef Louise Martin and I admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by this workshop. I haven't eaten gluten for 20 years, but I especially appreciated this workshop for all the "tips" that the chef gives us throughout the 4 hours of lessons.... which go by at crazy speed! There were only 3 of us for this course which allowed for multiple exchanges. The course ends with the tasting of our preparations (be careful you do not make to leave with a "whole" product, the recipe is cooked by several hands to obtain a final product which is tasted at the end of the session). As there weren't many of us, we still left with sublime cookies and glitter in our eyes, and above all the desire to come back! I thank my former colleagues for this very nice gift! And I will come back, that's for sure!

Very nice experience, thanks to Jérôme for his detailed explanations which allowed us to learn different techniques and discover original recipes. The market price allows you to follow the entire process, from the choice of products to the development of recipes and their creation.
Thank you to the Ducasse school for their warm welcome.
