I highly recommend the “La Soirée Grande Cuisine” course: thank you to Chef Jérôme who was very educational, professional and friendly!
We had a wonderful evening with him.
The poultry supreme with morels and celery root was excellent!

Corporate evening to celebrate retirement. Great organization, very warm welcome, and we had a great time preparing our dinner. It was very informative and we all went home with the idea of trying the same thing at home.

Group workshop with a chef: very good experience, the whole group was delighted to have been able to take a cooking class at the Alain Ducasse cooking school. Very welcoming, understanding and helpful, we will not hesitate to repeat a similar or different type of experience at the Alain Ducasse cooking school! :)

We were a group of 8 people for an appetizer making class. The class lasted 2 hours, and we prepared three dishes:
- Cheese gougères
- Beef and vegetable gyoza
- Marinated salmon canapes
We then tasted it with white and red wine.
Everything was excellent, and the course was very fun. Chef Giuseppe was very friendly.
Good experience.
