Dear workshop high school team, My wife and I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at your establishment and we were delighted from start to finish. The students demonstrated remarkable professionalism, in particular Ninon, who took care of us with a delicacy and attention worthy of the best establishments. It is unfortunate that some people may have excessive expectations of students in training, who do their best to provide an exceptional culinary experience. The value for money is remarkable compared to local standards, while maintaining superb product quality.
