Ecully Kebab sur Ecully

The products offered by this establishment are distinguished by their impeccable quality, which justifies my loyalty as a regular customer. However, despite the excellence of the pastries and breads, I must express my dissatisfaction with the evolution of customer service, which has noticeably deteriorated over time. It is not uncommon to observe saleswomen conversing in the presence of customers, leading to misunderstandings and requiring customers to repeat themselves. Furthermore, it is regrettable to note that derogatory remarks are sometimes made to customers who have left the shop, in the presence of other customers still present. When paying for my purchases, I frequently feel like I am intruding, sometimes having to interrupt the saleswomen's conversations to get their attention, as they continue talking without even looking at me. This situation gives me the impression that the staff takes customers for granted, regardless of the quality of service provided. I don't question the staff's professionalism, but it's crucial to remember that this is a business. If the saleswomen aren't motivated by their work, a career change could be considered to ensure impeccable customer service.

We've been coming here for years and we're never disappointed! The owner is truly fantastic! We had pizzas, bread, apple tarts... And since it was our daughter's 18th birthday... A personalized "One Piece" cake! So creative! This nougatine "Devil" fruit straight out of the famous manga made us wonder what superpower we were about to acquire! The cream puffs were a hit! The freshness and balance of flavors delighted everyone, young and old!

The pastries are excellent and fresh for every occasion. As a loyal customer of this pastry shop, I am never disappointed and delight all my guests.

I had the pleasure of tasting a tiered cake and a chocolate royal at a wedding, and they were absolutely delicious. If I need to order cakes, I'll go straight there! 😁😁

The pastries are very good, I recommend them.

Thank you for your excellent cakes which added the perfect touch to this weekend's wedding! I highly recommend the croquembouche tower with vanilla cream that was almost perfect.

We ordered cakes for our wedding and we are absolutely delighted! The tiered cake, the strawberry cake, and the chocolate cake were all excellent. Everyone loved them, and our guests are still talking about them. The cakes were as beautiful as they were delicious, with truly exceptional flavors. A huge thank you for your professionalism, your hard work, and your kindness. We highly recommend them and will gladly order from you again!

Invited to a wedding this weekend. The cakes were excellent and the tiered cake was perfect. I recommend this bakery 1000%!

I've been coming here several times since moving to the area, and the waitresses and waitresses are always very friendly and the sandwiches and quiches are really delicious! It's definitely going to become my new neighborhood bakery!

Sunday morning, the petits fours weren't fresh, and it really showed! The choux pastry was hard, the cream was thick, and the same went for the éclairs. They should have just said so! But the bread was good!
