Thanks to Axel for the iconic service and to the rest of the team for the meal! I'm just taking off one star for the food because the burger patties were a bit underseasoned. (PS: We'll be back so you can tell us what you thought of Clair Obscur 😉) Best of luck for the future and see you soon!

The food is average, the atmosphere rather noisy, the decor very original, the choice of drinks and desserts is great, the service very disorganized - 45 minutes to get the first course

A superb experience, the staff is extremely attentive and, above all, efficient. We could tell they were extremely busy, yet they responded to every one of our requests. A big thank you to them and congratulations for managing this rush with such a small staff! Thanks to manager Axel, who was so helpful! We recommend (the saleswomen at Chaussea!)

I've had to change my review twice over the years; the service is often slow, whether indoors or outdoors, even when there aren't many people. Nothing is fresh; we've already had cardboard-like crepes and caramel that wasn't good anymore. Ultimately disappointed with this place, which I used to find much better. - Photo of one of the cookie-based desserts

19/02/2026: Never any problems or missing items in my orders, and even when it's busy, the staff is quite fast. The speed, despite a large influx of customers, and the fact that there are no mistakes in the orders are two nice points that you don't find in all fast food restaurants... Easily accessible. I recommend it 👍
18/02/2026: Wide selection of menu items, fairly quick service during peak hours, max 7 minutes (better than some McDonald's, anyway). This one is quite busy because it's near a student residence. Prices are not affordable depending on the menu. Value for money is rather low, but for an occasional treat, who cares?
