24/08/2026: Stag and Loar, a Guinness nest, and lunch at the Irish-style pub. I had the Fish and Chips, tempura-style for fresh fish, De Luxe. They also have Burgers and other dishes, always De Luxe. Irish beers and wine, in a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere with jazz or slow blues playing. In Talence, almost opposite the Leclerc supermarket. We'll be back.

22/07/2026: A small, unassuming neighborhood spot that doesn't look like much, but don't hesitate to go in.
The owner is very welcoming, warm, and friendly. The cuisine is traditional Vietnamese, not the European-style reinterpretation you often see... Excellent flavors, truly delicious food, with a special mention for the beef with leeks... simple and efficient service, little to no wait... and really inexpensive 😊.
Since discovering this restaurant, I've been going back regularly 😊.
I highly recommend it 😊

21/08/2026: As a regular at the restaurant, I often go there before or after a movie at the cinema located just across the street. The welcome is always warm. The food is really good, and we go back every time 🙂
15/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my order. The sushi was hastily prepared and sorely lacking in salmon. I won't be back.

Carpediem is first and foremost a place where you truly feel at home. Benoît and Manue are delightful: always smiling, warm, attentive, and caring. You're welcomed with simplicity and good humor, and that makes all the difference.
As for the food, it's also impeccable: delicious, generous portions, and a real treat every time.
In short, a fantastic place, a friendly atmosphere, and above all, two owners who give the place a real soul. We come here with pleasure and return even more willingly!
I highly recommend it.

01/08/2026: A small get-together with friends. There were 12 of us, and we ordered several bottles of wine, various other drinks, as well as several platters and tapas, so the final bill was quite high. I couldn't eat the tapas due to allergies and intolerances, so I ordered something else to take away. I was politely informed that this was forbidden because they were selling food from their own establishment. I understand that we wouldn't have bought anything to eat from you, but the other 11 people ordered a lot of things, which, by the way, were expensive considering the quantity on the platters. So, please consider those who can't eat all of that; it would be nice!
I won't be back, and neither will my friends, because we were disappointed. It's a shame because we're always a large group, but your neighbors will have new customers... Furthermore, we received a bottle of wine that wasn't good, but they replaced it, which was a positive point for you.

23/07/2026: The extremely short wait time allowed me to relax while occasionally admiring the building's facade. The servers were very efficient, and the pizza dough went into the oven very quickly. A very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere.
