Bistro Regent: You either love it or hate it. I like it.
But the most important thing is to congratulate the team. Professional and very friendly. It feels like a real team that gets along very well, very funny and close-knit.

17/04/2026: Overall, I'd give it a 1/2 out of 10.
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, but many of them kept slipping and dropping plates and water bottles, which was hilarious as it startled me while I was eating. The fries were so plentiful I almost felt dizzy, but they were great and very satisfying.

31/03/2026: It had been 18 months since my last visit, and while the prices have gone up, the quality of service and the welcome has significantly declined. My partner and I came for a drink and a snack (a slice of truffled ham and cheese on toast). I asked the waiter which wine by the glass he would recommend… the wine, which arrived a good 10 minutes later, was completely unsuitable. I tried several times to get his attention; he even went so far as to take my partner's glass as he walked past our table, but left too quickly for me to speak to him. So I headed to the counter to pay, as we didn't intend to stay any longer. I went there with my glass still full and explained the situation. I was told I should have come earlier, and they handed me the card reader. Despite my explanation, there was no gesture of goodwill. It's truly disappointing that neither the advice nor the customer service is up to scratch. I used to enjoy coming to La Parcelle, but now I'd rather go across the street to Les Halles.

Toasted cabécou cheese tartines, a charcuterie board, truffled ham tartines with melted cheese, all accompanied by four glasses of Pinot Noir: perfect 👌

13/03/2026: The lunch menu is fantastic, with pizzas made just like in Italy—a delight for pizza lovers. This restaurant is a gem compared to all those other places in the center of Bordeaux that treat us like cash cows.

Regular clientele.
A very good lunch menu.
A daily starter + the daily special or a pizza of your choice + a drink and a dessert for around twenty euros.
I regret the absence of the Calzone on the pizza menu.
Closing at the end of 2025. Retirement.

20/03/2026: I strongly advise against going there. We waited 46 minutes for three courses… the butcher's cut was extremely small for €16… it took 15 minutes to bring a drink, and the service was appalling.
Avoid at all costs!
15/03/2026: Terrible service and welcome.
1/ The waitress, though very nice, was disrespectful, acting like she was the boss, even though her colleague had to come and tell us that eating a piece of bread was forbidden.
2/ Speaking of food, the kitchen wasn't even working, and we waited an hour for a bowl of fries, which was barely full. As a gesture of goodwill, the bowl could have been filled completely instead of half full.
3/ One server for the entire terrace, and customers were leaving because the wait was too long.
In short, the organization and staff need to be reviewed if you don't want to lose customers.

06/09/2025: Too bad I can't give 0. Terrible service today + it was indicated on the menu "soft 33cl" for €4.50, I ordered two and I saw two pitiful cardboard cups of not even 25cl arrive. And there were still ice cubes, so I think we drank the equivalent of 20cl. Scam to be avoided absolutely

01/04/2026: horrible service, cant speak any english nor can they understand french, i asked 5 times to get a vape and still sold me a re-fill and then said i cannot return it nor get a discount for the vape device so ended up -30€ for a shit vape and shit service i do not recommend at all i would give 0 stars
08/03/2026: What they do best is their hypocrisy; the prices are random, it all depends on who goes there. Luckily, they're not the only tobacconists in Talence.
