We had dinner 2 evenings in a row at the Edelweiss restaurant, you won't find a better welcome in the entire resort! The dishes are all homemade and delicious! We tasted the burger and its incredible homemade fries as well as the 3 cheese fondue with whole cheese grated directly by the chef! A treat! I would add the warm, smiling and friendly welcome which motivated us to come back 2 evenings in a row! Despite a busy service this evening and a full restaurant, always a kind word and a smile. At edelweiss you are sure to have a good time! Remember to book 😉

Definitely one of the most authentic places in Huez that allows you to taste local products and recipes. The quality - price is good for the area.

Despite a rainy evening, we chose to sit on the terrace. The team was then very busy! The plancha system is very cool for cooking your own meat and vegetables. At least we manage the cooking as we wish and the meats are very good. ! Very good service, team once again very welcoming and friendly! We were also offered a digestive at the end of the meal!

We were wonderfully well looked after here. Delicious food (we had the fondue and the kids had the burger) and excellent service. We were worried we wouldn't get a table given some of the reviews, but it is clearly much quieter in the summer!

One of the best restaurants in Alpe D’Huez. (Good enough we visited 3 times in 5 days). In town for the triathlon, we had the burger after the race which was world class and pasta the night before. Equally as good. The Service and team in charge match the food, all very welcoming. Will definitely be back and happy to recommend to everyone staying in the village. Enjoy.

Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Aangenaam interieur - tussen de naam en de inrichting is er zeker een verband 😊 Een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Hier kom ik zeker nog.

23/08/2024: Everything was perfect: welcome, dish (burger) all with a magnificent view. The only downside is no regional dish.

25/08/2024: The place is great, however the cuisine has become Americanized and leaves something to be desired: burger (presumably frozen fries), meat, meat, meat, and more meat. The so-called vegetarian salad was very good (although low in protein and carbohydrate intake), but only one dish on the menu without meat is average in 2024 (historically it was omelette, Saint-Félicien in the oven, pot au feu , andouillette gratin, etc.).
22/08/2024: Perfect for a ski lunch break or a drink at the end of the day! The magnificent view, the service and the quality products! A must in the Alps! And long live the génep! 🤪
