"Irasshaimase (いらっしゃいませ)" is a word that embodies the quality and culinary journey experienced throughout what can truly be called an experience. The welcome and advice are warm, the ambiance and background music are pleasant. And what can be said about the quality and taste of the sushi? There's a wide variety, with options showcasing the finest fish. The service is efficient, and the preparation, done after ordering, remains quite quick considering the presentation and the quality/mastery of that presentation. The price differs from other establishments of this type, but the vast difference in enjoyment, which compels you to savor each piece, easily explains it. The journey is worth it (and the cost)!

So... a year ago we had the pleasure of traveling across Japan from Tokyo to Kyoto. Culinary-wise, this restaurant perfectly captures the essence of that distant land. Today we're still talking about THE chef's creation!!!! Just wow. And listen carefully to your hostess's advice; she knows exactly what she's talking about. It's quite simple, EVERYTHING is good! My husband and I ordered a good portion of the menu and we were delighted! We recommend it without hesitation and understand why they have such high ratings! Go for it!!

A fantastic discovery! High-quality Japanese cuisine, with excellent ingredients and truly meticulous preparation. You can tell there's real skill behind the dishes, and everything was delicious. Special mention to the waitress, who took the time to explain the different dishes, their ingredients, and how to eat them. I also had the chance to chat with her about my Japanese studies, and I really appreciated her helpfulness and kindness. It's these little interactions that make the experience even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time and I'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. A place I highly recommend! O-sushi, oishii desu! deshitōsama deshita.

A wonderful discovery on Boulevard de la Liberté. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the decor, with its small wooden shelves and figurine, gives the place a lot of character. The sushi is presented with great care. I particularly appreciated the delicate touch of the small yellow flower added to the plate. It's a place I highly recommend for a truly enjoyable experience.

I hesitated for a long time because sushi is often a gamble, but I was blown away. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable, the taste is delicious, and they were very attentive to allergies and dietary restrictions; they were able to accommodate everything. Just look at the size of the fish portions (I can still taste it on my tongue!). We ordered a platter to share between two, which included the side dishes, and the mochi were incredible. The service was impeccable, the staff is lovely, and I would go back in a heartbeat.
