Large station, direct access with line D being in front of the train... There are 3 halls.... Hall 1 is detached..... The tables are well indicated..... If we have hard, there are quite a few agents available.... It's nice to have access with QR codes instead of large tickets.

Station renovated over time. 3 departure halls. Lots of shops. Easy access. I really like this station. I worked there during Painwich time with the big departures of July 14, August 15 and December 25. Very busy today.

As always it's overloaded. Not enough places to land. So we stay standing in front of the information panels, otherwise we have to go and consume. The same goes for the toilets. It costs 1€. No wonder some corners stink of urine. Toilets are public health matters.

certain security gates where we have to use the Navigo pass work poorly when we report it to the RTP agents, they think we are crazy. is this normal? whereas during the Olympic Games they will surely be more attentive because they will be under pressure. I don't understand this way of doing things.

The location is great, the clock and the architecture are positive points, the station is beautiful.
When I arrived in Paris, I had to wait 45 minutes at the ticket counter to get a Navigo card with a book of 10 tickets, there were a lot of people queuing for just one ticket clerk!
Unfortunately the station is not isolated, when you wait for your train in unpredictable weather, you freeze! In addition, there is a terrible lack of seats unless you eat in the restaurants, the toilets are quite far away and I found the station to be rather dirty.

There are all sorts of star shops inside the station. There's Ladurée, Pierre Herme, and everything else, so you don't have to buy it in advance. If you are going by train, it is a good idea to arrive at the station early and buy something to eat. It's easy to carry a suitcase without using the stairs.
