El Dayaa sur Toulouse

Very disappointed with the service. I'm giving it three stars because the food is a definite improvement. I urge the manager of this establishment to retrain his service team. The young man in the green t-shirt today was completely out of his depth and is giving you a bad reputation. Indeed, First, the waitress had to remind him to take our order. Then, we specifically requested a sauce that wasn't there (no one in the dining room was available to ask for it). To top it all off, he brought us our starter and main course at the same time, which meant we ate cold food. I would have ordered a second meal, but given the poor service, I decided to leave. The food is good, but the quality of the service left a bad taste in my mouth... I hope the manager believes my complaints and will address the issues with the service and customer service.

Excellent! I've been coming for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. The portions are generous and the prices haven't changed, which is becoming increasingly rare!
