A very pleasant little restaurant.
The music was just right, allowing you to have a conversation.
The menu wasn't extensive, but that guaranteed quality and excellent flavors.
Not very well-known, but worth trying as it's a nice change from the usual restaurants.
I will definitely return.

What can I say… 10/10!
We truly felt like we were traveling tonight.
The atmosphere, the music, the decor, the flavors… we were in Argentina for the evening. Huge shout-out to the chef for this amazing meal and also to the radiant waitress!

Among the best restaurants in Albi. Le Poulet de la Pampa is definitely in my top 5. It's real cuisine, everything has flavor, and the ingredients are different from what you find in your average brasserie or restaurant.
The owners are very friendly.

What can I say about the new owner? He and his wife are much more pleasant. His ribeye steak with his homemade Argentinian sauce is, for me, the restaurant's best-seller. But having tasted everything else, it's all very good. The ham has real flavor. Don't change a thing.

Excellent restaurant with high-quality menus prepared with excellent ingredients. The welcome is warm and the staff very pleasant. The service is quick and efficient, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely lunch in under an hour. A superb place that I highly recommend!

Excellent restaurant. Chef Rodrigo, a passionate and very friendly Argentinian, prepares simple yet expertly crafted dishes bursting with flavor. It's the best ribeye steak in Albi, cooked over a wood fire.
I recommend the grilled octopus, all accompanied by a lovely selection of Argentinian and Chilean wines. Good value for money and excellent service; I'll be back.
