Among the best restaurants in Albi. Le Poulet de la Pampa is definitely in my top 5. It's real cuisine, everything has flavor, and the ingredients are different from what you find in your average brasserie or restaurant. The owners are very friendly.

What can I say about the new owner? He and his wife are much more pleasant. His ribeye steak with his homemade Argentinian sauce is, for me, the restaurant's best-seller. But having tasted everything else, it's all very good. The ham has real flavor. Don't change a thing.

The octopus 👌 Excellent establishment, top-notch owner

Excellent restaurant. Chef Rodrigo, a passionate and very friendly Argentinian, prepares simple yet expertly crafted dishes bursting with flavor. It's the best ribeye steak in Albi, cooked over a wood fire. I recommend the grilled octopus, all accompanied by a lovely selection of Argentinian and Chilean wines. Good value for money and excellent service; I'll be back.

Passing through Albi, we decided to try a different kind of cuisine. Simply delicious, authentic flavors, expertly prepared. An octopus we won't soon forget. We highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved this generous and flavorful cuisine. I discovered picanha there, and what a wonderful surprise: incredibly tender and flavorful meat, enhanced by two delicious sauces. A huge thank you to Roy for this excellent experience. I highly recommend this place and will be delighted to return! And I'll definitely be introducing it to my friends.
