My favorite restaurant in Albi for the past 20 years. The welcome is very pleasant, the food absolutely delicious. It's a real pleasure to go there, I highly recommend it!

La Fourchette Adroite

06/09/2026: Excellent experience at this restaurant. Very warm welcome and excellent food. I particularly recommend the chocolate fondant, exquisite! (NB: The restaurant has recently changed ownership)
02/09/2026: A wonderful experience at this ideally located restaurant (right in the heart of Albi, yet not in the crowds). The food was absolutely delicious! A real treat! The servers were very friendly (we had to move tables due to the weather. Everything was handled with good humor and professionalism). There were four of us, and we were all delighted with our main courses and desserts. A truly memorable culinary experience! NB: There has been a change of ownership recently (which may explain some of the negative reviews before the change).
