what a revelation. we dined here last night and the memory will stay with us forever. it was not only delicious and delightful, but an emotional and singular experience. that the sophisticated, elegant and hyper seasonal dishes are prepared by one man is beyond my comprehension, especially after having dined at paul bocuse where there is a brigade of staff in the kitchen and dining room. what can i say. it was a privilege to dine here and experience the artistry, poetry and magic that is mr. ishida. he and his family imbue the space with their spirit and beauty. we are grateful and humbled to have dined here.
