I have to tell you!
Exhausted from my day's work and hungry, I pass this restaurant. The boss was talking.
The room was empty this Friday evening. I ask if I can eat and if the service is fast enough, the boss tells me yes and that he works with local products, (an argument that always hits home with me) he finishes his conversation.
Me always impatient to start and on an empty stomach. I ask for an aperitif, he offers me a homemade sangria, I taste it and then the flavors overwhelm me, the surprises follow one another with the mussels au gratin, a dish that is both simple but enhanced by the chef with his little secrets.
I regret the limited number of six mussels but they turned out delicious, I enjoyed it. The main course arrives, a very fine piece of pork, seared, recommended by the chef with a chorizo sauce to die for, placed on its little throne of potatoes.
Here again I would have liked more, but in the end I enjoy it and I still have room (for once) for dessert (another tip from the chef) Yuzu lemon in zabaglione, iced, to die for!
In the end I leave with the banana! I enjoyed myself. I ate enough but without making my stomach burst (which perhaps I would have wanted, I admit) but it didn't matter, an exchange with Chef Super, a passionate person, an address really worth remembering. I will come back and talk about it.
Plus it’s not exorbitant given the quality and ingenuity of the dishes.
I got it for 44 euros
(Améro + starter + main course + dessert) on a Friday evening.

Wow ! What a surprise. Beautiful, homemade food. For dessert I had the yuyu citron givrée, I wish I had ordered a second one. Probably the best dessert I have tasted in my lifetime

Le restaurant est parfait pour une soirée tranquille , peu de table donc ce n’est pas la course aux clients . Le s plats sont extrêmement e délicieux .
Cuisine d’une grande finesse à recommander les yeux fermés
Le patron est très sympathique et il sait prendre l le temps d’expliquer ses plats .les huitres, les sèches grillées et persillées ainsi que la parillade de poissons nous ont régalés

Contrairement à l avis de Régine
Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse.
Le menu découverte entrée plat ou plat dessert est un excellent rapport qualité prix.
Ils servent des menus enfants.
Le plat principal de poisson est selon la pêche locale donc 100% frais
Servi avec du pistou et de l aïoli, une tuerie!
La ratatouille en accompagnement se marie très bien avec un petit arrière goût d aneth 😊
Et le dessert signature du chef paris-narbonne est une délicieuse découverte! Hum rien qu en y repensant !!
Bref un Resto au top, sans prise de tête ni chichi, juste une bonne adresse.
Ps le vin rouge pichet est très bon pour le prix !
