09/09/2026: In the Drôme Provençale region, a few kilometers from Grignan, lies Valaurie, a charming hilltop village well worth a visit, as is its restaurant, Le Bistrot de Valaurie. The dishes are perfectly executed. I had two starters, including an excellent homemade terrine. The salad that followed was simply magnificent and original. Different flavor combinations complemented the perfectly pearly prawns—a delight. Just two minutes from the main road, it's definitely worth the trip! Thank you!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for spending a pleasant time with family or friends. The service is impeccable: quick, attentive, and always with a smile. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!
