In the Drôme Provençale region, a few kilometers from Grignan, lies Valaurie, a charming hilltop village well worth a visit, as is its restaurant, Le Bistrot de Valaurie.
The dishes are perfectly executed. I had two starters, including an excellent homemade terrine.
The salad that followed was simply magnificent and original. Different flavor combinations complemented the perfectly pearly prawns—a delight. Just two minutes from the main road, it's definitely worth the trip! Thank you!

A fantastic discovery! The food is delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for spending a pleasant time with family or friends. The service is impeccable: quick, attentive, and always with a smile. A restaurant chosen at random on the way back to Paris. The setting is absolutely magnificent, the restaurant is intimate with simple cuisine. Perfect for a stopover. And you can even extend your visit with a trip to this village, which seems charming and very well preserved.

We had a very good meal.
The setting is pleasant and the service was perfect.
I deducted one star for the atmosphere due to the somewhat cold welcome (we sat down before opening time so I could breastfeed my baby in the shade as it was very hot. This wasn't well received despite our apologies and explanation).
I wouldn't hesitate to return with my family and introduce them to this restaurant, which is well worth a visit.

I stumbled upon this bistro, and I wasn't disappointed. I don't think I've ever tasted such a delicious panna cotta! The dishes are flavorful and generous, and the service is impeccable. A bonus: they're cat-friendly! Thank you again for letting my cat Pablo have lunch with us.
