A wonderful time spent with family. The setting is very welcoming. But the most important thing is what's on the plate, and what we were served exceeded our expectations: the cooking was perfect, and the side dishes, while simple, revealed subtle flavors. The ingredients are fresh, and everything seems homemade: you can taste it when you eat. The service was on par with the meal, very pleasant. A nice touch: the background music playlist. Passing through La Grande Motte, we discovered this restaurant between the port and the sea for lunch. We chose their €39 set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it 😋 The presentation was fantastic, and the taste was spot on; you could immediately taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients 👌 We tried the foie gras: absolutely divine! And the scallops were just as good 😋 with a little leek fondue and a "homemade" mashed potato 😁 The service was perfect. Karla at the bar is exceptionally professional and kind 😉 It's rare these days to find such smiling and pleasant people. The atmosphere and decor are lovely. Excellent service, and we ordered an Aubrac ribeye steak; kudos to the chef for the perfect cooking! This restaurant deserves more than its current rating. I highly recommend it and commend the manager for her professionalism and business acumen. Just so you know, it was delicious, go for it!
