It's rare to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything was perfect, and that's exactly the case here. Bravo to the entire Umami team for this magnificent experience. 03/09/2026: 🍕 AMAZING PANUOZZOS! We tried the Panuozzos from Tomato Pizza and they were absolutely incredible 🤩! Whether it's the Panuozzos or the pizzas, the dough is truly excellent and the portions are generous. They're perfect for takeout to eat on the beach, but you can also eat in as there are a few tables. And a little something extra that makes all the difference: the owner is lovely, always smiling, and very kind. It's always a pleasure to go there 😊 An address I highly recommend for a great pizza or a delicious Panuozzo! 🍕🇮🇹

02/09/2026: I've owned the place and been here until late into the summer season since 1972, along with my family… This evening, September 1st, I was refused service at 9:15 pm, being alone (as I'm a widower), and this isn't the first time this has happened to me; it's been happening for three consecutive years… The reason given was that the kitchen had closed and they weren't serving anymore?…🤔🙁👎 “You'd think you were dreaming at this time of year in a seaside resort like LGM… I think the manager is in the wrong profession, and especially that all the reviews I've read are biased or written by friends… I've had a great professional experience that required me to be in restaurants all week, from ordinary eateries to Michelin-starred establishments, with important clients who were decision-makers in the retail industry… I've also traveled extensively for work, but also around the world for personal reasons, often in Southeast Asia… But in my long experience, I've never encountered this type of establishment with a "Anti-business" behavior, and that's putting it mildly!!! This establishment should be avoided at all costs!…🙏👎

28/07/2026: July 28, 2026: A wonderful discovery during a day trip to La Grande-Motte. Fresh and excellent products, friendly and efficient service. 20/20 for the crème brûlée, which was absolutely delicious!

18/08/2026: Warm welcome, our son has already eaten the kids' menu twice (burger, fries, and salad arranged to make a face – very cute). Clean and quiet dining area. The paninis and sandwiches are good. They offered our dog a bowl of water without us even having to ask. Perfect for a quick meal before the beach 🍽️

The aperitif was impeccable, with an impressive selection of dishes; it was perfection for our guests. The meal, the wines, and the dessert were all equally fabulous.
