After a week of stay, I can say that the dishes are very good. A reduced menu compared to 2 years ago but still just as good. If I can make any comments it would be: reduce the wait for the dishes. Allowing 1h30 to eat regardless of the influence is still a lot. It would have been nice to offer more vegetables. Out of the parsnip puree there are not many vegetables offered on the menu. Choosing between fries and green beans would be nice. The staff is always so kind and attentive!

The dishes are OK but a little expensive for the quality, however the Burger was a good surprise. However, the service was complicated with oversights and errors. A little disappointed

Good food atmosphere in the morning very good however the other services a lot of waiting and we feel a tense atmosphere among the staff.

Highly recommended Top notch hospitality and culinary service. Dietary dish Cooking homogeneous salmon accompanied by quinoa with small vegetables in a light sauce. Hard to beat. A big thank-you.

02/03/2024: We had a very good evening in a beautiful restaurant in a mountain setting. Very attentive owners, I recommend the braserade and their homemade caramel rice pudding, without forgetting the morello cherries (tail rouettes for those who know 😅). Just the wine a little expensive.
