All our meals are consistently incredible. Entre Terre et Mer is magnificent and divine, with a lovely view and, with a bit of luck, a sunset. Please don't change a thing.

You eat at our restaurant, we eat there very often. The service is superb and very professional. The quality of our meal was excellent, with a beautiful presentation on the plate, as usual. Well done to Cyril's and all his staff, who are truly friendly and attentive. Jean Marc Terrade

Valentine's Day menu: a warm welcome, a subtle amuse-bouche, delicate and refined semi-cooked foie gras, cod with fragrant and generous risotto, a flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth beef with a beautiful sauce accompanied by young vegetables and butternut squash purée.
