Fantastic experience from start to finish. The owners are lovely. A relaxed, informal atmosphere, simple but perfectly cooked dishes.

We stopped for dinner after a day at the beach. The owners were really welcoming and kind. The dishes weren't a huge selection, but everything was delicious and homemade. The cheese-filled fritters were absolutely amazing!

Motorcyclists, if you disembark the ferry in Bastia, you don't have breakfast on the ship but head straight to this little snack bar. The atmosphere is great. The owner is absolutely fantastic, nothing to complain about. We were three motorcycles, and there was no problem parking for six people. The breakfast is generous, and there are restrooms. The welcome is absolutely fantastic. Welcome to Corsica. A special thank you to the owner for your wonderful welcome. And thank you for the complimentary pastries with our breakfast.

For us, a full breakfast package with a typically Corsican welcome (a bit cold for the first two minutes, then incredibly warm). I recommend going there both for the food and to buy a little something in the shop to help them maintain the village church (I have my bracelet) ❤️

Simple and delicious food, made with local products. Ange and Michèle are very welcoming and always available to their customers. A must-visit in the charming village of Barbaggio in Northern Corsica. L'Alivu in Barbaggio, an essential stop between Bastia and Saint Florent, you won't be disappointed. I recommend the doughnuts and the bruccio omelet, as well as the Corsican charcuterie board, all skillfully prepared by Ange and served with care, friendliness, and humor by Michèle, in the heart of the magnificent Nebiu region. Long live L'Alivu!

A very warm welcome from the owner, a small family-run restaurant. Everything is homemade using local produce, and delicious, with a special mention for the fresh cheese fritter – a must-try! A bonus for campervan owners: if there's space, the owner will likely offer you parking for the night!
