Epices Riz sur Neuilly-Sur-Seine

One of my favorite spots in Neuilly. The terrace is peaceful and very pleasant, and the interior is always spotless. It has the feel of a true Italian deli, with excellent pasta. Special mention goes to the arrabbiata and the mushroom pasta. The cocktails are also very well done, at particularly reasonable prices for the neighborhood. I love this place: it's stylish, welcoming, and you almost feel at home.

Hole in the wall restaurants tend to have the best food and this place is no exception. I had the carbonara and I thought I was going to die of pure ecstasy from the moment I took my first bite. My wife and I ended up going the next night as well, we were so blown away. I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a spot that locals frequent and insanely good food, this is your spot!
