We've been twice since it reopened. The place is nicely decorated. The welcome was warm, but I was disappointed. I ordered freshly squeezed orange juice and received supermarket-style orange juice. When I asked for an explanation, they told me it was pre-made and the pulp should have been at the bottom. They even asked for the jug! At €4.80, it's better to stay home and make it yourself. Pre-squeezed juice? Unheard of! What a shame.

A really nice atmosphere in a newly renovated and very stylish seaside stopover! With Captain Jean-Paul at the helm, don't hesitate to come and spend a pleasant time there 🍷🍸🍺

We stopped for a coffee at this little bistro, and the waiter was very, very friendly. We recommend it and we will be back.

L'Escale, in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, was already an institution 😃!!! Now, it's a unique place to rediscover. The exposed walls, beams, and decorative objects all reflect a commitment to respecting its history. The grand wooden staircase leads upstairs to cozy spaces... A new signature in SGXV.
