Esens'All sur Paris

I have been lucky enough to be able to discover good restaurants since my childhood and this is one of my biggest favorites and one of the most beautiful discoveries. I returned to Esens'all a second time a few months apart and the chef still managed to surprise me and the experience once again was incredible. The chef offers a selection of dishes that are as creative as they are tasty. Each bite is an explosion of flavors, enhanced by unexpected associations and artistic presentations. Fresh, quality products are featured, offering an unforgettable taste experience. As soon as you enter this place, you feel a warm and friendly atmosphere, where the chef himself comes to greet the guests in the dining room. This proximity to customers creates a unique experience, where you feel truly privileged and taken care of in a personalized way. The cuisine, orchestrated by this passionate and talented chef, reflects this special relationship: refined, inventive and generous. To accompany these dishes, the chef offers a perfectly balanced food and wine pairing or a carefully crafted food and decoction pairing. I don't want to reveal more so that you can discover this experience for yourself.

Everything was wonderful, finally a gastronomy which prioritizes both substance and form and which offers good surprises (and not just surprises). Special mention for the soy sauce butter. Nice selection of wines.

A unique experience . Everything was perfect from start to finish during this dinner. We had a 7-course dinner with food and wine pairings...it was a trip , a taste, sensory and emotional experience. The chef shares his passion for sublimating plants in the presentation of each of his dishes (which I will not reveal because they change and to preserve the surprise effect). Far from being a vegetarian restaurant, its technical mastery highlights the combination of flavors and places the plant and the animal at the same height (very high). The wines are all extremely well chosen and from start to finish there is no fault of taste, literally or figuratively. Class, harmony and memories full of head and taste buds. All for excellent value for money. Thank you boss for this trip…can’t wait to come back you have “hooked” us for a long time

We had an excellent time with Laurent in an intimate setting. For the food obviously, the food and wine pairing and the anecdotes that complete this experience. Do not hesitate !

Voici un restaurant gastro qui cultive sa différence pour notre plus grand plaisir ! Dans une petite salle à la décoration moderne mais très chaleureuse, avec des tables bien espacées ,ce qui devient rare dans Paris, le chef nous reçoit pour un moment culinaire que l'on a trouvé vraiment exceptionnel ! Son menu surprise en 5 temps nous a comblé les papilles, ravi les yeux, et sa créativité nous a bluffés. Des cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées, des associations de saveurs personnelles ( incluant aussi le côté floral ou herbal) originales et harmonieuses...un régal, dès la première entrée jusqu'au dessert ! Moment gustatif magique, endroit serein, chef aux petits soins et plein d'humour, bref un endroit idéal pour un dîner romantique, ou avec des amis bien gourmands ...on y reviendra !!!

Sometimes you get lucky and you go to a restaurant and everything is perfect. That's what Esens'All is! The decor, aromas, food, the Chef who makes you feel like you're the only diner there! Each dish that came out was better than the next. We took the 7 course tasting menu with a wine pairing and felt perfectly satisfied and not stuffed. Dishes were extremely innovative while staying true to their French origins. Was extremely glad we did the wine pairing, which features exciting wines grown at small vineyards that the Chef has a relationship with. The Chef is truly an artist and is pushing the bounds of flavor enough to keep you enthralled. Each dish was perfectly balanced and fresh. We left knowing we had just had one of the greatest meals of our life! Cannot wait to return on our next trip to Paris.
