Great value for the price! I really enjoyed the halawa dessert. Service was a bit slow, though — could use some improvement there.

Absolutely brilliant food, the sourdough flatbread especially was a delicious surprise... Update: Three years later we've returned, and are NOT disappointed! 🇹🇹

When we arrived, men were performing traditional Ethiopian dances; it was magnificent. We received a warm welcome. We ordered the traditional sharing platter, everything was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend the honey wine—very pleasant 😋

Le Petit Dakar

30/09/2026: While in transit in Paris, we wondered why not have Senegalese food for lunch, and thanks to Google, we discovered this excellent place. With the first bite, we were instantly transported to Senegal. Thieb is only served on Fridays, so we ordered chicken yassa and mafé. I highly recommend this restaurant; the small dining room adds to the friendly atmosphere.
