ETIENNE Coffee & Shop Villeurbanne Gratte-Ciel, France sur Villeurbanne

Ninkasi remains a reliable choice: a great atmosphere, nice decor, and consistently good food. Special mention goes to their lemonade, which is truly delicious. However, this visit wasn't quite as ideal. The two waitresses were overwhelmed, and it definitely showed: slow service, lots of back and forth, and a feeling of being somewhat forgotten despite their best efforts. Hats off to them, they were doing their best. The atmosphere was also less comfortable than usual: seated next to a large, very noisy table, it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience. But if you're a group of friends looking for good beer, cocktails, or simply a friendly place, I recommend the chain 100%. Ninkasi remains a reliable choice.

Charlotte gave excellent service! Very good burger

The two waitresses are extremely kind and pleasant! Great service!

I recommend it; the food is good and the beer is good.

Always a great experience, very good, generous, quality beers

Very good and welcoming, quite quiet. I recommend it for a relaxing evening.

Super friendly team and pleasant place!

Nice little bar, the servers are very welcoming, I just tried the chicken tenders which are very good.

The drinks were fine! However, the food left much to be desired.

Great atmosphere, and they even have vegetarian options! The drinks are excellent and the servers are very friendly! They also have student menus, which is a real plus!
