I had a drink and a sundae; the waiter was very friendly. The pedestrian street was peaceful, and the sundae was very good.

As always, Ninkasi is a good restaurant/bar. Their food is good. The lemonade is delicious. The two waitresses were overwhelmed, and it showed in the service. They had to run around everywhere. My best wishes to them. As for the atmosphere, I was pressed against the wall by the table, and the table of twelve people in the middle of a not-so-large room was extremely noisy. I lowered my rating for this aspect, but if you're a group of friends looking for good beer and/or other drinks, I recommend the chain 100%.

Ninkasi was great, we had a fantastic blind taste test with Sophie, thank you so much for hosting it! 😄 She also gave us excellent advice on drinks!

The place is quite nice and the cocktails are decent. However, if you want to eat in, it's €15 for a cheese board that has more wilted salad than cheese, not to mention the hummus which, besides being a tiny portion, resembled a cheddar cheese 🤷‍♀️

The atmosphere was great, and thank you to every member of the team who was so friendly to our group; a special shout-out to Sophie who gave us a cocktail tasting with all the necessary explanations so we could recreate them at home!

My daughter chose Ninkasi Villeurbanne to host her 17th birthday party with about twenty friends. A huge thank you to Sophie for the incredible atmosphere, to Marie and Yannis for the service, to Axelle at the bar, to the entire kitchen team who delighted this large group, and a special thank you to Maxime, the new manager of Ninkasi Villeurbanne (now a franchisee), who demonstrated remarkable professionalism to ensure the evening was a success. Ninkasi Villeurbanne was also celebrating its own anniversary that same evening with entertainment on the terrace (a music quiz with small prizes to be won, karaoke, etc.). The entire team managed both events flawlessly. My daughter and her friends' birthday party was exceptional. This review is truly well-deserved, and thank you again to the whole team.
