Excellent clinic, very professional... However, some of the administrative staff, particularly the one handling injections, are very unpleasant on the phone... Avoid them.

A huge thank you to Dr. Haensler and the entire emergency team. We were seen in the evening for my daughter, who was suffering from a very painful ear infection, and we were greeted with exceptional kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Haensler was attentive, reassuring, gentle, and very humane, as was the entire team. During a stressful and difficult time, their attitude truly made all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your availability, your empathy, and the quality of care provided.

I arrived at the emergency room early this morning with my daughter because of appendicitis. Everyone—from the ER nurses and radiologists to the surgeon who operated on her and the nurses in her room—was incredibly kind, empathetic, and careful with her. Thanks to all the staff, she had a positive experience. Well done to everyone, especially during the doctors' strike! Thank you again.

I had to go to the emergency room Thursday evening at 7:30 pm after cutting my finger. The admission process was very well organized. A nurse came immediately to make a diagnosis. The waiting room was clean, and the cleaning lady came several times to sweep. Admittedly, I waited two hours for a doctor to stitch me up, but it was entirely justified considering the other patients' conditions. I want to give a special mention to the nurse who greeted me. Kind, attentive, and very professional, she truly deserves to improve the reputation of emergency room services.

I would like to thank the emergency department following my visit last night for my daughter. Thank you to Aurélie for her warm welcome and prompt service, to Dr. Frédérique Senegas for the excellent work she performed, and not forgetting all the healthcare professionals who work behind the scenes. Thank you to Lucas and Margo for listening attentively and reassuringly to my daughter.

A huge thank you to the entire Emergency Department team at the Saint-Privat Polyclinic. Margot, Lucas, Sarah, and everyone else were incredibly kind and responsive. Not only did they take excellent care of my daughter, but they also looked after my partner when he had a kidney stone attack and complained of intense pain. They took care of him immediately, without letting him suffer for a single minute longer. They were exceptionally quick and kind. Truly, a big thank you to the whole team! Behind their scrubs, you can sense human beings who see the pain, hear it, and respond with genuine empathy. Thank you again. Excellent clinic. I had bunion surgery on November 20th performed by Dr. Brun. My half-day hospital stay went very well. The clinic is very pleasant, the room was very clean, with a lovely view of the sea in the distance, and the bed was very comfortable. As for the staff, I thank them all, from the orderly to the nursing assistants and nurses; they are all very attentive to our well-being and comfort. I especially appreciated the very bright operating room with its large bay windows and, above all, the hot air tube they put under your blanket to warm you up after the procedure! The snack was very generous and excellent. Everything is done to leave a good memory... I highly recommend this clinic.

Last night, I arrived at the Saint-Privat Polyclinic completely exhausted after my workday, as my daughter was in a lot of pain with her ankle after falling off her scooter on the road. I want to sincerely thank the entire night shift team on November 16, 2025, who were truly outstanding, as well as the receptionist. The wait wasn't too bad. The reception and care were humane, kind, and very professional. It was such a relief to encounter such understanding staff. I took the liberty of asking for their names so I could thank them: a huge thank you to nurse Marine, Margot, and Dr. Cabezas. They all took the time to properly care for my daughter, provide her with the appropriate treatment, and clearly explain what was wrong with her, which was very reassuring. It's truly a pleasure to encounter such competent, attentive, and compassionate staff. They did their job perfectly, and even went above and beyond. Thank you again to them. Thank you to the entire team and to the doctor on duty on the night shift on November 16, 2025.

Admitted to the emergency room yesterday (in less than an hour!), I received excellent care from Dr. Haensler and his team. They were very efficient, professional, and compassionate.
