The meal was decent, the service a bit slow, but then again, it was the weekend. However, the added tips on top of the entire bill really give the impression that they're taking advantage of tourists who don't know the rules in France; people who aren't paying attention or who, like us, pay and only realize it afterwards can easily get ripped off.

A lovely bistro right on the Canal Saint Martin. The service was very friendly, and the food was excellent. Tip: Try the onion soup – it's absolutely delicious. There's a small outdoor area with a few bistro tables on the sidewalk, very typically French. Simply wonderful.

Thank you to the team at the Hôtel du Nord for a wonderful evening spent with you. The service was welcoming and attentive. The fish carpaccio was delicious. Thank you for the birthday candle, which was even more appreciated by my friend when the jazz quartet came over to sing the beautiful birthday we were celebrating. The atmosphere was very pleasant with the live band. Thank you for this lovely time, and see you soon!

The servers were very friendly and helped make for a pleasant dining experience. The escargots and potatoes Dauphine were excellent, as were the classics like steak au poivre and duck confit. We will definitely be visiting again!

23/07/2026: This isn't the first time I've left a positive review for Iguana Batignolles. I want to express my complete satisfaction once again. Kudos to the team, who are always incredibly friendly and responsive. The food (burgers) is very good, and the terrace is lovely.
22/07/2026: A beautiful bar with tasteful decor and a truly pleasant atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection of original and very well-made cocktails. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. An excellent place to spend a great evening; I highly recommend it!
