Quaint little restaurant on the corner. Both inside and patio seating. A great selection of food. We ordered Camambert Burger with bacon and French fries and Fish and Chips. Came out hot and delicious! Great presentation! Friendly service as well.

While passing through cognac, we discovered this brewery. The breakfast pastries were very good. The daily menu was very generous, the meal was good. The waitresses are very friendly and professional. Good atmosphere

Le Coq d'Or

19/08/2024: One Sunday lunchtime in August, we stopped at Le Coq d'Or which is well rated on Google. We are with our 2 daughters on the terrace who behave well. The food is ok nothing more. I take my daughters to the bathroom and in the meantime, the waiter offers my husband a coffee and says "you must need it with all these girls". I find it sexist and unwelcome, especially since the children behaved very well at the table.
18/08/2024: Great place, nice service and fast, not too much waiting between each dish The cuisine is varied, I really liked it
