We regularly have our coffee there before skiing, and tonight we tried the hamburger/egg, fries, and salad. It was excellent and a generous portion. We highly recommend it.

1:10 PM, the convenience store was closed, and we were off searching for something to eat nearby. What a pleasant surprise came from this little bar/snack bar where we enjoyed delicious burgers at a reasonable price. There were only a few seats around the counter, giving it a cozy and intimate feel. Thanks to the two owners for satisfying our hunger before we headed off to tackle the Bellevarde viewpoint.

Really nice food, good value. I think the other food outlets in the area are jealous of the quality and value this lady provides.

Best burger in Val d'Isère for 15 years!

The hidden secret of Val d’Isere for great value food. If you can’t afford or don’t want fine dining, if you don’t want expensive self service then this is your place. Go early or a bit later to avoid the rush and enjoy and lovely meal and chat with the chef/bar lady/proprietor. Burgers, salads, kebabs, croc monsieur and €15 for a bottle of red!
