Fantastic! A quiet hotel, superbly located, and above all, an incredibly warm welcome. The hosts were pleasant, smiling, and attentive. We came for one night with our children. We were surprised to find ourselves in a larger room than we had booked, as it was available, so the hosts thought we'd be more comfortable there 😊. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with high-quality products served just the way we like them... simply wonderful. One thing is for sure: we've found our little haven if we ever return to the area. It's so rare to find such lovely hosts. Thank you so much for making our stay truly special. Have a wonderful holiday! Get some rest. Taking such good care of people takes a lot of energy.

We had a wonderful family weekend at La Ferme de Bois Barbu. The owners are very welcoming and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. The meals were hearty and satisfying. Thank you for your kindness and warm welcome.

That character is the owners, Nicolas and Roxanne, who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as pleasant and delicious as possible. Enjoy local food and drinks by the fireplace in a friendly atmosphere, without breaking the bank... The rooms are comfortable, and a true mountain ambiance is guaranteed! We came as a family for a few days in winter, and we'll be back this summer to sample the garden vegetables!

A huge thank you to Roxane and Nicolas for their warm welcome, the quality of the room, and the cuisine, which was both refined and generous. Food lovers will be delighted. We also appreciated the excellent service and the waiter's cheerful disposition. Finally, we came with our 2-year-old daughter, who was thrilled with her first ski trip. The resort is perfectly suited for children, and we can't wait to return next winter, and perhaps even during the summer. A big thank you to the entire team; we loved our stay.

We came as a family for several days and we were all delighted. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, the rooms comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast generous and high-quality (homemade yogurt, fir honey, jams from the garden...). We felt right at home: books, games, a crackling fire, and genuine kindness. The cuisine is exceptional, with a renowned chef, awarded a Michelin star, who cooks exclusively with fresh, local produce, much of it grown in the hotel's own enormous kitchen garden. A hidden gem in the Vercors! We highly recommend it.

A hotel where you feel right at home! I've been wanting to write this review for a year now, and I'm finally getting around to it. I organized my husband's 40th birthday celebration at La Ferme du Bois Barbu, and this weekend will remain etched in our memories for a long time. Roxane and Nicolas were incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. They were a tremendous help in organizing my husband's surprise weekend. Roxane was always available and attentive; she even found a band for one of the evenings at the hotel. Nicolas prepared a delicious dinner, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We had booked the entire hotel, and everyone enjoyed the weekend in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it! Thank you both again, and I apologize for this very late review.

An excellent stay from beginning to end! We spent two nights with three meals and breakfasts between Christmas and December 31st, and everything was perfect. There were two adults and two children in our party. Nicolas, the chef, is fantastic: full of energy, passionate, and his food is truly excellent, flavorful, and generous. A real treat at every meal. Roxane, his wife, is extremely welcoming, warm, and attentive. You immediately feel at home. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return.
