The chef makes a special effort with the presentation, adding small decorative touches and flavor combinations that are worth noting.
You can sense his organization in his desire to serve all the guests in roughly the same order. Main courses for everyone, then desserts for everyone.
There are only two of them, so they need to be methodical.
The furniture and layout could use a touch of modernization (budget constraints, of course), but it's lush and full of flowers. We had a wonderful time during our two-wheeled tour of Bugarach and Rennes-le-Château.
Limiting seating to around 20 people to prioritize quality over quantity, reservations are recommended.
For groups, the farm indicated they can accommodate larger groups with prior booking, similar to classic car club outings. Parking is available on the property.

Excellent. We had lunch as a group and thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is truly delicious and generous. The starter buffet, cassoulet, and profiteroles were all very plentiful and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The dining room is lovely, and the terrace is also very pleasant. They don't accept cards.
Don't let the building's architecture fool you; the food is well worth the trip! The garbure (cabbage and bean soup) is delicious and hearty, and I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and the very good crème catalane. The other diners loved the cassoulet. The service is efficient and friendly. The prices are incredibly reasonable, so go for it!
