Excellent discovery this lunchtime… we savored the menu.. which from start to finish delighted us..
garbure soup, cassoulet, bowl piccoulat, chicken: local dishes that we greatly appreciated. Very warm welcome and exchanges with the owner.. I highly recommend because the products are fresh and local!
Super copious menu, there is quality and quantity. The waitress is very attentive and super friendly. Go there without hesitation.
During our next stay we will come back.
29/08/2023: The place to be in Bugarach. Open only Friday evening by reservation. Only regulars. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Bravo for the rural and excellent cuisine
22/08/2023: Too bad it's closed, difficult to find even a coffee in Bugarach, even worse on weekends. Fortunately there is Rennes-les-Bains!
