Great place, varied products and lots of choice!
Only downside: having to queue for a baguette on weekends (no fast-track line) after customers have ordered set menus or are taking their time choosing their pastries!! Sometimes there are only one or two servers in the shop!!! When will they offer chocolate brioche buns?

It looks delicious! But there's still the same problem with customers "hanging out" in front of the product(s) they want to buy instead of moving forward in the queue. This creates a bottleneck inside the store with long empty spaces near the registers. It would be simple to just ask customers to move forward and, most importantly, to set up one queue for takeaway purchases and another for purchases to be eaten in the store from 11:30 am onwards, and above all, to clearly indicate the two separate queues.

Be careful about the price of what you buy. I was charged €7 instead of the €5 listed on the sign for a sandwich, under the pretext that the displayed price was no longer correct. No apology, just a clumsy justification from the cashier... €2 isn't much, but it's still 40% more than the advertised price.

Visited this morning for breakfast in the lounge right next to the restrooms, and what a surprise! A saleswoman, wearing her apron and using tongs, went to the restroom to use the facilities, came out without washing her hands, and returned behind the counter as if nothing had happened... Where is the hygiene?

I was served by a very nice lady, but I noticed that they didn't use gloves or tongs when serving us at the Feuillette on the main road, so they touched our pastries and viennoiseries with their bare hands, handled the change, and touched the till... not very hygienic! At the Feuillette in Blois, they serve us with tongs!

Excellent bakery, quality products. Special mention to the person who served me this afternoon: a young woman with slicked-back black hair, extremely kind, smiling, and professional. A truly pleasant experience.
