Be careful about the price of what you buy. I was charged €7 instead of the €5 listed on the sign for a sandwich, under the pretext that the displayed price was no longer correct. No apology, just a clumsy justification from the cashier... €2 isn't much, but it's still 40% more than the advertised price.

I was served by a very nice lady, but I noticed that they didn't use gloves or tongs when serving us at the Feuillette on the main road, so they touched our pastries and viennoiseries with their bare hands, handled the change, and touched the till... not very hygienic! At the Feuillette in Blois, they serve us with tongs!

As a very loyal customer of your establishment, I am disappointed by the service in the tea room during afternoon tea hours. This has happened on several occasions: no more chocolate, no more milk, tea served in cardboard cups due to insufficient staff or lack of dishes, music too loud, and so on. Your tea room should provide better service.

Since September, the quality of the Tradition has declined. The bread isn't risen; it's "lumpy" and elastic from the moment you buy it.
I'm not even talking about the wait to be served, no matter the time of day; it's part of the experience...!
Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on the site!
But if the quality no longer justifies the price, the neighboring supermarkets will be rubbing their hands in glee!!!

At this bakery, we had breakfast with delicious, well-prepared pastries and a very good cappuccino.
The dining room was very spacious and comfortable.
We purchased salads and sandwiches for lunch, which turned out to be very tasty.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
