The evening staff are really not friendly. But the bread is delicious.

I had to wait 30 minutes while they restocked the bread, but it was worth the wait. As a special gesture, the very professional manager gave me the baguettes for free, which I greatly appreciated. Nawel, the waitress, was very pleasant, smiling, and professional. Excellent service and a true sense of customer care. A loyal customer of Feuillette on Chaussée Saint-Victor.

I really appreciate Feuillette and the quality of its products, but there's one hygiene issue that bothers me. I don't understand the point of wearing gloves to serve bread and pastries if those same gloves are then used to handle money. Coins and bills are passed from hand to hand and aren't clean. In my opinion, this negates the purpose of wearing gloves. Today, I bought bread and pastries. The cashier served a customer while handling the money with her gloves, and then, without changing them, she served me my order. Furthermore, the pastries were handled directly by hand, whereas they are usually picked up with tongs. Why not have one person handle the cash and another handle the serving, or, failing that, change gloves or use tongs after handling money? This is simply a constructive remark, as hygiene is an essential point for many customers, myself included.
