Having eaten at this place several times in a few days, the service and staff atmosphere were excellent. However, they were ill-equipped to handle the large number of customers (for example, one person at the till), resulting in long waits to pay and collect food. Otherwise, the place was clean and quiet.

We went there for the children because Flunch is fun with its trays. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, I think it's a shame that there isn't a wide selection when you arrive 45 minutes before the end of service. Several side dishes were missing from the buffet. The food was bland, the pasta with butter sprinkled with a ton of pepper... It's been 18 years since I've been to Flunch and I don't think I'll be going back!

Flunch is a fast-food chain, very fast, in fact, you have to be quick. You arrive at 8:15 pm... by 9:10 pm everything is over. If you want dessert, hurry up, the machines are already cleaned and put away. This chain must also cater for nursing homes. I'll leave you now, I think they're coming to empty the bedpans and... off to bed.

I went for lunch today with a friend and it was good. The food was decent, the service was good and friendly, and the staff were too.
I had an Italian rösti burger and she had a Tennessee rösti burger. You can eat well for a reasonable price, so it's perfect.
