It's 11:30 am, the queue is 10 meters long in the parking lot, still the same old story, the service is awful. The salespeople aren't to blame, there are only two of them, but the real question is why two to serve and three to tidy up? Maybe they should help their colleagues. It took exactly 32 minutes to be served, it's a disgrace, and it's always the same fiasco. Several people left without buying anything... 😤

Good products and open every day. Mr. Feuillette has -almost- got it all figured out. The only downside, and I mean a very, very bad one, is the queues. It's extremely crowded during peak hours and on Sundays and holidays, and there's absolutely no organization of the queues. Whether you're buying a baguette, a sandwich, a macaron, a cake, or a coffee for the lounge, it's the same queue. It's ridiculous! Copy Disney or go to New York and you'll see how it's done. You know how to make the products, but the concept of customer service completely eludes you, which, admittedly, is to be expected from a French shopkeeper.
