The baguette wasn't cooked through, hadn't risen, and the crumb wasn't airy. It wasn't good quality. The flan is still expensive for a cake that doesn't require expensive ingredients (milk, cream, eggs, flour, sugar, artificial vanilla, butter). I make it at home, and we no longer buy baguettes from them. There's a long wait during peak hours. The staff is friendly.

A wonderful discovery! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a very idyllic setting. The staff were charming and gave us a very warm welcome. The bread and pastries were delicious, and the tea and coffee were excellent. The decor is truly superb. We didn't try the bread, but it looked absolutely divine. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: I went to Pâte à Pain yesterday. I go there from time to time, but not as often as I'd like. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find options that meet certain dietary needs: no plant-based milk for drinks (like a cappuccino), no gluten-free options, and very few sugar-free choices. Regarding iced teas, it would be better to avoid the often very sweet syrups and instead offer naturally brewed teas without added sugar. It's a shame, because the place is pleasant and the service is decent. With a few alternatives like plant-based milks, sugar-free drinks (naturally brewed iced teas), or freshly squeezed orange juice, it would really make me want to come more often. I hope the menu will improve in this direction.
