17/10/2026: Absolutely exceptional cuisine that deserves far more than one star! From snacks to petit fours, everything is EXCELLENT: a tremendous amount of work, deliberate choices, and thoughtful consideration go into the creation of each dish, all with a remarkable commitment to environmental and local sourcing. The service is also very attentive and pleasant. I come regularly and am amazed by the consistency of the cuisine despite the necessary changes and adaptations required by the exclusive use of seasonal products. It's flawless! I can't wait to return.
14/10/2026: I had the pleasure and good fortune to celebrate my birthday at Toya; it was simply magical. The menu was perfectly balanced and delicious from start to finish. Many thanks to Chef Villemin for his special attention and to the rest of the team for their kindness. I highly recommend it!
